Cassie Brown Sugarcraft and Wedding Cake Designer

Cassie has been a part of the sugarcraft world since she started at the age of 14 and now has 18 years experience in making very special cakes and sculptures. Cassie is acknowleged and highly respected throughout the UK for her skills and expertise in Sugarcraft.

In 2002 she started writing articles for Squires Kitchen, Cakes and Sugar Craft and Wedding Cakes & Design Sauces and has been regularly featured since.

Cassie has also been teaching and demonstrating since 2001 and is a proud accredited demonstrator for the British sugar craft guild.

The workshops Cassie runs are held all over the country, and are designed to sharing her skills with professionals and beginers alike. Cassie currently delivering day and evening classes/workshops to the B.S.G and Sugar Association WI’s.

"I have been making wedding and special occasion cakes since 1991. I love to take my inspiration from the brides dress and floral design. All of my cakes are individually designed for each bespoke requirement. I take pride in all my cakes and will deliver to the venue and set it all up for you so you don’t need to worry on your wedding day."
