Create this stunning handbag cake
During this packed full fun day you will learn carving techniques, covering a cake and getting that professional smooth finish, as well as brush embroidery and other time-saving techniques.
Airbrushing for beginners, a mountain cake
As well as learning the basics of the airbrush you will be learning how to cover and make a fantastic mount, which can be adapted to many cakes – for example, a dark mountain with dragon on top or grass mountain with fairies playing – lots of uses for this one.
Mini wedding cake
Bring along your already iced cakes and I will show you how to put them together and dress the cake with diamonds and pearls, drapes and a quick full rose.

Airbrushing flowers and foliage:
Make and airbrush this fabulous peony and foliage Learn to make the flowers and buds in flowerpaste of cold porcelain and wire to make a wonderful spray that you would be proud to grace any cake.
Make a perfect ballerina:
Hand sculpt this beautiful ballerina in sugar or cold porcelain, using only one mould for her head and modelling the rest free-hand. You will soon realise how easy modelling can be. You will also set the scene around her with shoes and a little vase of flowers, ready to put onto your cake.
I can supply airbrushes or please do bring your own; any equipment can be bought on the day and pre-ordered. You can also share equipment.
Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment, A £25.00 deposit is required which is non refundable. Refreshments are available throughout the day and a 2-course lunch is provided, which can be ordered on the day.
